Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 09 (ANI): While briefing the media on the updates related to the illicit liquor case, Saharanpur Senior Superintendent of Police Dinesh Kumar P said, "FIRs have been registered at three police stations. A crackdown was done by a joint team last night. At least 30 people were arrested, 25 FIRs registered. More than 400 litres illicit liquor was seized. The crackdown will continue until this is completely finished". Several people in Saharanpur and nearby have died due to consumption of illicit liquor. Police is investigating into the matter and several arrests have been made.
