Bengaluru (Karnataka), Mar 18 (ANI): Congress leader Kapil Sibal expressed his grief over demise of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. He said, "Manohar Parrikar was a people's person and I think at the point of time when BJP was non-existent in the state, Parrikar's commitment to that party allowed him to make sure that BJP has a footprint in Goa. He had the enormous contribution to the party." Sibal further said, "I think it is a great loss for party and a great loss for Goa because he was committed to Goa. It's really unfortunate that he had to battle with such a painful disease but he fought with it with courage and without doing any complaint about it to anyone." He also said, "He was a man of great courage and it is very sad that he's passed away."
