Political workers should spread awareness about AES: SKMCH Superintendent

Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Jun 19 (ANI): As 112 children have succumbed to the deadly Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES) in Bihar's Muzaffarpur, various political parties have gathered at the Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) where the mind fever has claimed over 90 lives. However, hospital's Superintendent Dr Sunil Kumar Shahi has advised the workers of all political parties, who are coming at the hospital to instead go on grounds and spread awareness about the disease, and help those affected. "I humbly request all political workers to go to places from where patients are coming and spread awareness. Right now they are not needed at the hospital. I request them to go to the periphery," Dr Shahi told ANI.
